帳號 (統一編號) Account (Business Account No.)：申請人僅限公司或商號(請填統一編號)，代理人可為公司、商號或個人(公司或商號請填統一編號，個人請填「身分證字號」或「外來人口統一證號」)
Applicants are limited to companies or firms (Applicants of companies or firms must fill in the “Business Account” number.). Agents can be a company, firm or individual (Agents for a company or firm must fill in the “Business Account” number; agents for an ROC national must fill in the “National Identification Card” number; and agents for a foreign national must fill in the “Alien Identification” number.)
