|
符合下列規定者，准許進口：（１）向貿易局申請核准委託大陸加工之紡織品，以復運方式進口並輸往美國、歐盟、加拿大、巴西或土耳其，其在我國進行之主要製程，符合「輸往特定地區紡織品主要製程認定基準」者。（２）輸往大陸地區加工之紡織品原料或半成品，應依照「臺灣地區與大陸地區貿易許可辦法」之規定，在出口文件上載明目的地為中國大陸。

Commodities that conform to the following regulations are permitted for import:(1)Textiles for which application has been made to the Bureau of Foreign Trade to have processed in Mainland China, and that will be re-shipped to the US, the EU, Canada, Brazil, or Turkey after being imported into Taiwan, and for which the main production procedures are carried out in Taiwan and meet the "Standards for Determining Main Production Procedures for Textiles Exported to Particular Areas".(2)Raw materials for textiles or semi-finished garments shipped to Mainland China for processing should be in accordance with the "Regulations Permitting Trade between Taiwan Area and Mainland Area" and the words "Chinese Mainland" should be clearly written as the country of destination on the export permit.

符合右列規定者，准許進口：（１）無統戰意味者。（２）申請簽證時，請檢附鑄幣正反面圖樣，憑以審核申請案。

Importers must satisfy the following conditions in order to legally import goods to Taiwan:(1)Importers must not import commodities that could serve as communism propaganda.(2)Importers importing coins must submit copies of both sides of the coins to be imported in applying for a relevant import permit.

(1) An approval document issued or verified by the Ministry of Culture, is required. (2) Goods declared to the Customs by presenting a sales permit issued by the Publisher's Association of the R.O.C., the Chinese Book Marketing Development Association, or the Association of Taipei Publishers, should be verified by the Ministry of Culture.

進口供小客車或小客貨兩用車使用者，應取得經濟部產業發展署同意文件。如非前開用途者，於進口報單填列專用代碼 ＩＤ９９９９９９９９９９９１，免依上述規定辦理。

Those who import sedans or light passenger-cargo dual-purpose cars for personal use must obtain approval from the Industrial Development Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs. If they are not for the purpose specified above, the special code ID999999999991 should be indicated on the import application, and they are exempted from the above regulations.
